  • Delivery and returns

    Delivery of your package

    For France parcels are shipped via DPD and Mondial Relay. For Europe parcels are usually shipped via UPS and UPS Relay. Whatever the delivery method chosen, we send you a link to track your package online.

    We recommend that you group all your items in one order. We can not combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them.

    Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.

    Box sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

    Warranty accessories

    The guarantee can only be activated during a defection occurring during an appropriate use of the product. It does not cover accidental deterioration, bad maintenance, damage by a third party.

    The warranty certificate is constituted by the invoice and will be 12 months (PM in accordance with the law)

    Late delivery

    In case of late delivery, the Sarl Sellerie Fleur de Lys can not be held responsible. Possible delays do not entitle the buyer to cancel the sale, refuse the goods or claim damages. Contact our customer service who can intervene with the carrier to do the necessary.

    The delivery time is about 5 working days after receiving the payment

    Return of your products

    If the product you have received is not suitable for your initial request and you wish to exchange it with another available product, You will have 7 days to report it to the Fleur de Lys saddlery store via the customer service. The date of invoice, the copy of the invoice must be attached to the parcel.

    The product must be returned in new condition (not oiled, soaped or used), in its original packaging. If these conditions are not met and after this period, the right to claim will no longer be acquired.
